According to the Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, the initiative is organized by the Saint Petersburg Tourism Development Committee and the City Tourist Information Bureau.

The concluding segment, running from 14:30 to 16:30, features a formal luncheon, a cultural program, and a prize draw hosted by the participants.
The Russian delegation includes Yana Alexandrovna Makshina, General Director of the City Tourist Information Bureau, alongside representatives from prominent hospitality and travel companies such as Neva Seasons Tour Operator, Tari Tour SPb, Premier, and others. According to the organizers, participation in the roadshow will enable regional enterprises to directly negotiate the creation of joint travel products, discover novel sightseeing destinations, and secure bespoke commercial offers.
